Highly Recommend! I’ve worked with New Phase Construction on several projects, including reroofing my new house, my old house, my mom’s house, and my old office and warehouse. They also handled some modifications at our new location, including framing and drywall. Their team is always professional, efficient, and reliable. The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and I trust them with both residential and commercial projects. I highly recommend them for any construction or renovation needs!

DO NOT hire New Phase Construction. The owner is unprofessional, dismissive, and showed a complete disregard for boundaries and safety. While I wasn’t home, one of their employees reached over and unlocked a locked gate at the quadruplex where I live — a gate that was intentionally secured from the inside. My children were home alone. This was a serious violation of our privacy and safety. When I called the owner to address it, instead of taking accountability, he immediately tried to deflect blame onto our maintenance woman — claiming she somehow reached over a gate that is more than six feet tall. I told him I have camera footage — his response was to question if I was an attorney and ask why I was so upset. Let me be clear: None of the workers currently on the roof were responsible.

Dave and his company were awesome to work with from beginning to end. They got were able to complete our roof in two days and did a beautiful clean up job as well. Dave who is the owner personally came out and repaired some wood rot we had and was so kind and beyond fair in his pricing. We will be lifetime customers and refer everyone we know to Dave! Thank you again!

I want to give a shout out to Blake and Mark, who are very professional. They were able to inspect the roof follow up with photos & notes and that’s just awesome. I would recommend these guys for any of your roofing needs. I give them five stars. Erik
