New Spaces Design-Build Remodeling

New Spaces remodeled my kitchen and mudroom back in 2012, and I loved the results. What truly sets them apart, though, is what happened years later. In 2024, I experienced a plumbing leak that caused water damage to my kitchen ceiling and floor, all during an incredibly difficult time for my family. I reached out to New Spaces hoping for a referral or some guidance, and I was honestly blown away by the response. Jennifer McClellan immediately stepped in, arranged for my ceiling repair, and personally helped me select new flooring. She even advised on color choices to modernize the kitchen while ensuring it flowed with the rest of my home. I included a picture with the new floor that I love! New Spaces finished our lower level in 2014 adding living space, office, laundry room, bathroom & storage. Everyone (especially Jennifer, Amber & Ed) was wonderful to work with and had the highest standards in making sure everything was executed timely and with the highest quality! We strongly recommend New Spaces!

In the late summer of 2016, we decided that we were way overdue to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. We came up with a general plan and had three different contractors bid on our concept. During this process, a co-worker told me that New Spaces had recently remodeled their kitchen. They invited us over to view the remodeled kitchen and told us how great it was to work with the New Spaces team. Even though we were ready to pick one of the other contractors, we called New Spaces to have them come out for an interview with us.
