I have been a customer of New Sparkles going on 3 years now. I use their service to clean both my rental property and my personal property, and I'm very happy with their service. The front office manager is easy to talk to and very clear on what is included and what is not included. From day one of being in contact with this company there is always great communication, shout out to Heather! She will make sure schedules are met for rental properties and if I notice something that needs to be touched up they will make it happen and fix it if it is within their scope of work. New Sparkles also does residential cleaning! I have used New Sparkles for close to three years now, and never been disappointed. Samantha and her team leave my house spotless every time, it is such a nice feeling to come home to a clean house after a long day of work. My house stays clean until the next time too! The entire team at Sparkles is always a pleasure to deal with, they are very flexible with scheduling cleaning and meet your families needs. I am very displeased with the service that was performed. I have never heard of a company that doesn’t clean an entire window, I have sliding glass doors that are 8 feet tall and they only cleaned 3/4 of the window height because they couldn’t reach. You would think that cleaners would bring a step stool. The same thing with my kitchen cabinets they only cleaned them partially. My refrigerator is a standard white refrigerator and the cleaners left streaks all over it. My floors were hardly cleaned, they practically took a swifter and went over the top of them. For $200 they were only in my home for an hour and forty five minutes. I would suggest other companies that do a more thorough job for the money paid.
