I am in the commercial bldg mgmt industry and we recently began working with New Stage Roofing for repairs to a standing seam metal roof. They quickly diagnosed the issue, were very easy to work with, communicated well, had quick response time and were reasonably priced. I hired New Stage to replace the roof on our garage and can't say enough good things about their work and level of service. I got quotes from several roofing companies but Jordan, from New Stage, was by far the most professional and low pressure. The crew who did the work were exceptional. Pablo, the supervisor, was fantastic and kept me updated on progress. It was a stressful situation, but they responded within 24 hours and quickly cleared our 3-story steep roof and de-iced our vents which immediately restored our heat. So glad I went with New Stage Home Improvement to replace my roof. This was the best and most complete estimate I recieved. They were very helpful in selecting the proper materials and options available for my house. I wanted a roof that vented adequately without soffit vents and they have that product. Replaced my shed roof, old skylights and also replaced all gutters and downspouts. All the people were friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in their quality and value.
