New Street Garage

Disclaimer: I now know that it says all over the ticket that you need to pay at the kiosk on foot. I parked there once before a few years ago without any issue. Yesterday when I tried to leave, it told me ai needed to pay first. Last time I could swear I paid at the exit on my way out, but it was a while ago. So, I didn't look at the ticket. Admittedly, I was in the wrong there. Anyway, I pressed the button for help, and right from the start the guy was condescending and rude. I explained the problem, and he told me I needed to pay at the kiosk. Okay, fair enough. Where is it? He says it's on my right. I looked to my right. There was a white door, no kiosk. I looked in every direction, saw no kiosk or indication of where one might be. I told him that, and he says in this bore
