Exceptional service. Highly recommended. Technicians are very friendly and professional. The owner Himself is second to nobody when it comes to diagnostics. Most times he knows the problem before he even looks at it. I find them very easy to work with.
Miserable customer service. They came 3 times without resolving the issue. Be aware they ask for your credit card information before the visit and overcharge you. Stay away from these people.
What a disaster this company truly is, they gave me a five hour window to come to my house, confirmed the date with an email, and then no showed. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this incompetent, clueless, brainless company at all costs.
