I'm very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of my fence. Ray didn't rush the process, returned bad lumber and it looks great! Gates are well built with aluminum frames(not wood that will warp) so it's strong and secure. The price was within my budget, and the best quote I got. I would recommend New View to any of my friends needing work around your home. In the last photo, you can see the quality of leveling. My neighbors fence in the back ground has huge gaps at the bottom. Thanks for the great work Ray!

My experience was horrible. Paid $98,418 and another $2500 out of pocket. The project started 14 April and should have completed no later than 11 August 2025. That did not happen. Ray worked all by himself with no helpers. He worked on average 20-25 hours per week with over 20+ days no call no show. When pressed in late September to get the job completed he quit the job. When other contractors came in to look at completing the job they were stunned at the level of poor workmanship. It’s going to cost me another $50,000 to redo his work and finish the project. Keep in mind I have been without a functioning kitchen for over six months. The biggest mistake I’ve ever made was hiring Ray Straining and Nee View Construction. He’s made zero efforts to make this right.

Ray just completed a waterproofing job for me, and I had a great experience. He was punctual and kept me in the loop every day on when he'd be there and what the work for the day would be. He got the job done and cleaned up behind himself which I really appreciated. Very reasonable pricing. I definitely recommend New View Construction!

New View Construction installed LP smart siding on my house after Hurricane Michael, and I was very pleased with the end result. Ray(owner) and his crew were responsive and paid great attention to detail. All the lines on my siding were level and straight as an arrow.
