These guys are not just great, they are wonderful. I’m really not sure I can do this review justice. We moved into our house two years ago and the issues started with a leak above the sliding glass door. Then a leak in the garage, followed by an ice dam. Fast forward to spring 2025 we called for roof estimates due to a major leak. Luis provided an estimate and the work started. After learning we had three rotted holes in the roof, my husband and decided to pull the trigger and have the siding replaced. More good news when Luis and his team discovered our 1998 Wausau home had never been wrapped and the flashing had never been installed around the windows .Did I mentioned the “ Support “” Holding our fireplace up, had rotted. Transformative. Great friendly service. Fantastic value. Skilled workmanship. All the neighbors are commenting. I would highly recommend to others, including family. They also did my frugal father’s roof, who is referred me New Vista. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing.

The entire process was fantastic. Luis came to our home and inspected the roof, then gave us a very good estimate. On his first visit he provided us with a 3-D model of what our home would look like. He was able to get the crew out on the day he promised, and they accomplished the demo and repairs and re-roofed the entire house in two days. There wasn’t a trace left behind of them being there. Then he provided drone photos of the finished product. I would absolutely give New Vista my highest recommendation.

If you are seeking a GAF-certified, family-owned roofing, siding, and gutters contractor, look no further! I reached out to Luis in desperate need of a contractor. Prior to knowing about New Vista Exteriors, I received bids from three contractors, but none returned follow-up calls or e-mail. Luis was a breath of fresh air! He is extremely reliable, professional, and personable. Not only does Luis initiate in-person and phone/text correspondence, but he also responds to questions promptly. The New Vista Exteriors on-site crew was courteous and professional. Caleb, the crew supervisor, was a joy to work with daily during the remodel. I’m so happy with my roof replacement and window trim repair! Luis and Susi and crew were very responsive and easy to work with, and they completed a minor follow up item very quickly. They fixed bad flashing that was installed by another local roofer, and the day after completion it rained nonstop for about 15 hours with previous leaks repaired! I will definitely have them back for another project. I can’t recommend them enough. Stellar work 😁 Oh, and pricing was very reasonable without a bunch of made up charges!
