Roberts Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

New A/C and furnace installed today by Roberts Heating and Cooling out of Carlisle, IA. Big thanks and shoutout to Ben and Tanner for their great work, professionalism, and craftsmanship! Crew arrived at 8:30am and was all done by 4:00pm. Last summer I had the owner, Andy Roberts, out for lack of cold air and he found a leak! He provided a temporary solution to get us through the summer and ordered a new system for us! Thanks to this Veteran-owned local company for their outstanding service and professionalism. Highly recommend!

New A/C and furnace installed yesterday thanks to the great folks at Roberts Heating Cooling and Plumbing from Carlisle IA. The company owner, Andy Roberts, came over a few days ago and gave me a quote for the system. The crew arrived yesterday morning and by noon the new Ruud furnace and A/C system was "making cold"! By 1500 hrs they were driving away but only after completing the install including thoroughly cleaning the areas and making sure all my questions were answered. Thanks to this Veteran-owned local company for their outstanding service and professionalism.

We just had our furnace and AC replaced by Andy and the crew. The install was very difficult because the mechanical room was in a very tight place. I knew that the only one for the job was Roberts Heating And Cooling and especially Andy Pratt. We are very happy with the workmanship and as always, they did not disappoint!

Last year we had Roberts install a new HVAC system in our 115 year old farmhouse. We have lived here for 27 years, and since this is our 3rd furnace and 2nd air conditioner, we did not expect a big difference in our comfort level inside our home. However, this summer, we did not need any of the 4 window units to maintain comfort in our second story bedrooms, and this winter was the first winter that our house easily maintained 70 degrees in the deep freeze weeks of December. To top it off, we have had the lowest energy bills in years. Couldn't be happier with their service and the equipment they installed

We had a new tub and surround put in yesterday. Kyle & Marcus did a great job. They were on time, very pleasant to deal with. They're work was great and they even went and got us bars for the tub and shower, because we had forgot to tell them we needed them when we made the order. Plus, the cost was very reasonable. I would use this company for any of my Plumbing needs as well as Heating and Cooling.
