Terrible service. I have been waiting over a month for my stuff to arrive from a move from Buffalo to Chicago. Not even a crazy far move. When calling to ask about delivery time I kept getting "we can't get a hold of the delivery driver. Call us back next week. " After 3 weeks of this the delivery driver finally calls to make a delivery. We schedule it and I take off work to meet him only to have him call an hour before he is supposed to arrive to cancel. So I lost out on a day's work and I still have yet to receive my items. 33 days and counting so far. Never again.
Really great experience with them. Would use their services again.
Had a great experience. On time, quick and friendly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience since moving in NYC is not that easy.
These guys were very great. Super efficient and personable.
