They came to do an estimate for a boiler leak that already know where it was located and they switch original nuts for small nuts and washers, this people claim that there was no nuts in a boiler that is constantly service and inspected by the city NYC, to this day they didn't return the original nuts. We still waiting. Otherwise they are thieves!!
