I had a great experience here. Tom was patient, helpful and never tried to upsell me. He listened to my needs and gave me at least a dozen samples so I could decide. Finally, I found the one! Our upstairs looks great thanks to Tom and NY Carpets.

This store is the best! I have been purchasing from Aly for 10+ years. Never been disappointed with any of their products, or staff. Huge selection of quality flooring, they truly have something for everybody. My most recent project was at my river house… I sent photos to Aly, and she helped me pick out the perfect flooring. The installer Polo and his crew were also great. They removed the old tile and carpet, installed new flooring, and left my house clean and tidy!

All I can say is "wow"! Mike Tallon made this project happen so quickly for our home remodel! Honestly, this has been the easiest part. We appreciate Mike and Fernando for transforming our staircase. We love it!

Straight forward the owners of this place are mess and incompetent. They don't even know what they are selling . Answer for the response from owner : If you knew what you are selling the colors would match. Don't lie to people that I couldn't wait . You have no logical mind and no common sense so do not lie to people . You sell wrong material it is your responsibility to refund and your responsibility to pick up the material if you had a little common sense , Which you don't. You and your daughter need be ashamed. I bought redwood flooring as shown in pictures from this store , Alison Russell (daughter of the owner was the lady who sold it to me ) informing me that they have matching stair nose that I oreder that as well I asked for padding underneath the flooring and paint for redwood ,

2nd time back. Ask for Tom Nicholas. He was informative and easy to work with, even on price. I recommend David Arenas as your installer. Great attitude and the quality of work was exceptional! He went above and beyond fixing some squeaky floors.
