First Street Heating & Air Conditioning Company was amazing today. Called on Saturday and they were here on Sunday to fix our unit. They were so nice, on time and responsibly priced. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C unit repair or replacement.

First Street Heating & Air Conditioning Co is the company that helped us install our furnace some 3 years ago. They were very professional, thorough and knowledgeable in their work at that time. So, this time when the furnace output got intermittent I knew who to call and did not hesitate. Ken came over, fixed the problem promptly in a friendly and courteous approach and I had my furnace up running again. Thanks, and keep it up.

I called First Street on a Monday morning for a Wednesday afternoon furnace repair. I signed an annual contract and paid the $149 service fee that morning. Well, Wednesday came and went and no one showed up. No one even called me so I called Thursday to cancel the contract and requested a refund. They told me Chris would get back to me shortly. I waited and waited and decided to call a second time and still no response. Every time I call, I get a different representative. I believe this is a call center where they have you pay upfront and never intend to provide service. For anyone interested in using them, try calling a few times and you will get a different person each time. Please avoid them and don't be taken.

Service was prompt and outstanding. First Street Heating & Air Conditioning Co's technician was friendly and courteous. He went over the inspection findings with me and gave me some pointers on how to maintain the system and what to look for. Exceptionally thorough. This is the second time he's come to our house for routine AC maintenance, and both times he's provided excellent service. He comes highly recommended from me.

Out of the these quotes, I decide to go along with First Street Heating & Air Conditioning Company for the furnace installation. I am very pleased with the final result, and plan to use their company in the future. I trust them fully in my house, and was very satisfied with their work and attitudes towards me.
