I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I called this heating company for a routine service because my system wasn’t heating properly. They showed up two hours late with no call or apology. The technician barely looked at the unit, spent more time on his phone than actually diagnosing the issue, and then told me I needed a “full system replacement” without explaining why. The quote was absurdly high and felt like a scare tactic. When I asked questions, I was brushed off and talked down to. To make it worse, after they left, my heat stopped working entirely, something that wasn’t happening before they came. I had to call another company who fixed the issue in under an hour and confirmed that a replacement was never needed. U

Unprofessional owner and outrageous pricing The owner of New York Heating is unprofessional and disrespectful, and that attitude sets the tone for the entire company. Interactions are hostile and dismissive, with no regard for basic professionalism or customer respect. On top of that, their pricing is ridiculous for the level of service provided. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no effort to justify the costs or address concerns in a reasonable way. This company expects everyone else to follow their rules while they ignore basic standards of conduct themselves. I would strongly warn others to think twice before hiring them.

Brought them in for a Local Law 152 inspection and they cut off our gas and proceeded to overcharge us to fix it. They tried to upsell us on unnecessary external boilers or something that doubled or tripled the price. Found a different company that was far more reasonable and will never ever use this company ever again.

NY Heating is my go to provider for all my properties heating needs. I started my property management business over 5 years ago and NY Heating has been there to assist a majority of our buildings. Today I had 2 crazy situations. NY Heating did not say no! They worked with us around their busy schedule and got the jobs done professionally as always. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a heating vendor they are the best!

The BEST heating company in NYC with great service and even better employees. Highly recommend.
