Scammers!! Saw the sign for early bird ~$22 and parked here without any second thought. When I came back an hour later to pick up my car, I was charged ~$37 ($31.26 + tax $5.74) which left me confused. Then to find out that my Honda Passport was considered OVERSIZE so the early bird price was $31. The entrance sign did not differentiate the price transparency for oversized or regular cars, only said $22 if parked between 7-10am. Besides, the attending couldn’t even define what is considered an oversized vehicle, just said it’s a SUV. My car imo is a mid sized SUV. What got me is that there is no transparency in pricing until you get hit with the charge and why is tax $5.74 (~15%)???

Excelent parking place, no scratches in the car, I went yesterday and after 3 hours its a fixed rate of 59 USD. I'd like to thank Henry for the kind attention and help he had with us and my toddler, he was really helpful and nice. I'd definitely go back there.

I was charged $63 for two hours. The sign said 46. They added on tax and a $10 "oversize" fee because we parked a minivan. The attendant wouldn't even be bothered to look up from his phone when we drove in. At least we got our car back without any damage or drama. Save your money - find a different garage.

Convenient to midtown east. Small so quick and friendly service. Good overnight price. Don’t complain about taxes, valet only or oversized vehicle rates. That’s what you have in the city.

Accidentally parked here instead of the garage a block away. Came back to correct 4 minutes later and the attendant wouldn't let me leave without paying $26 for the half hour. Instead of discussing the mistake and working it out he drove another car into the entrance ramp to block my exit...
