Cervano is the man! I forgot my tesla key card, and instead of not letting me in, he was very flexible and let me use my phone key to park the car. Dude is awesome and we experienced zero problems.

Terrible scam. Booked a spot through Spot Hero. They only have 1 attendant and I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my ticket scanned. They still charged me 108 EXTRA because I was "late" even though I was standing on line waiting. Definitely do not recommend. Was better off paying for hotel valet and actually be able to use my car.

SCAM! I prepaid and they said. I was good. I went to go pick up my car and they wouldn’t give me the keys until I paid $70 extra dollars. I was there less than the time I even prepaid for. Scammers and a racket. Park elsewhere

On June 16 at 12 noon, the sign for the parking fee says $17.74 for Sunday until 6 pm. We entered the parking garage with 2 Toyota Sienna vans. Poncho, the attendant asked for $31.00 from my sons because we were using a mini suv. At 2 pm, when they picked up our Toyota Sienna, they asked for a receipt but he gave them excuses. My husband parked at 12:30 pm. At 5:30 pm, when my husband picked up our other Toyota Sienna van, Poncho, the attendant, asked for $31.00. My husband asked for a receipt but Poncho gave him excuses. My husband insisted on a receipt, and Poncho just charged him $21.00. Poncho overcharged my sons by $10.00. They were duped. I hope Poncho will not have any other victims.

Francisco took great care of us, our van, our bikes. We were just visiting. Very kind and professional. Highly recommend he get a raise.
