I will never go to a big box for plumbing supplies again. In LITERALLY three minutes, I was able to a: Tell the person at the counter the (several) pieces I needed to complete my project B. Answer her insightful follow ups C. Walkout with the right parts for slightly less $ than I paid for the same at Home Depot D. Do all of the above in 10 pct of the time and 10 pct of the stress of a big store. I’m using these folks every damn time from now on.

Great Store for supplies and plumbing information.

Although they were out of what I needed they were helpful and friendly. They have bar stools at the service counter. I was pleased that they normally carry what I want. Maybe I won't have to travel to get plumbing parts when I need them. I would have given them five stars if they had had the part.

I went to their website, checked the Saturday hours, 8-noon, traveled from central Brooklyn and got there at 11:15 am, 45 MINUTES BEFORE THEY WERE TO CLOSE. Locked up tight! Nobody there and lights out! IF YOU POST HOURS OF BUSINESS, YOU SHOULD MAKE SURE TO STAY OPEN THOSE HOURS.

I went to this location and worked on a large order with Randy. Randy expressed to me that the piping I would purchase is all from Ward, the American built piping. Being relatively new to understanding the quality of American made and foreign made piping I asked for the difference in pricing. I decided that it was worth it to purchase the American made Ward piping. When I came in to pick it up Randy handed me a bag of mixed looking piping and they all did not match. I asked him where the flanges were made and he told me that they were foreign. Really shady considering when I first came in he told me they really only deal in American made products. I will be contacting the owner to deal with this as well as the bureau of better business.
