New York Vanity Mfg

I purchased an vanity from Ferguson. The paint is failing in many places. Too many to count. When I called NY Vanity, they man who answered said it could be water damage but didn’t want to deal with me directly, needed to go through Ferguson. I purchased the vanity 7/2019 and since the warranty is 3 yrs they are sending me a paint pen to touch up. Im mad at myself for not contacting them 2 years ago when the problems started. The vanity is garage. Do NOT buy from this manufacturer! Photos are just a sampling of the damage. There is much more. It’s everywhere.

My husband and I have been in the process of remodeling our bathrooms. We ordered all of our fixtures through a local supply company who does business with New York vanity. We decided to use them for our master bath vanity so we could get a custom vanity to suit our needs. When the project started I asked the company for a drawing of the vanity so that our contractor could base his plumbing on how the cabinet was made as nothing had been delivered at the time. New York vanity sent the company the wrong sketch in which my contractor based his plumbing on, causing us to now have two unusable bottom drawers. We contacted the company we went through who then contacted New York vanity about the issue to which they said they could give us new drawers. That would not have solved the problem at

Great looking. High cost but very poor custom paint job. Peeling in multiple locations in less than a year. Manufacturer insists it's due to water damage, but there is no way that is possible considering the multiple locations of deterioration. Look elsewhere.

Needed a cabinet rushed within 2 weeks for my move in date. These guys came through with flying colors. Purchased through one of their dealers in NJ.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE QUALITY. DRAWERS DON'T OPEN OR CLOSE PROPERLY, THE PAINT FINISH IN THE CORNERS OF EACH DRAWER'S MOLDING IS SEPARATING. CABINETS HAD TO BE REPLACED TWICE. VERY LITTLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY NOT UP TO MY STANDARDS OR UP TO PAR. Cheap, Cheap, Cheap.
