Tony and Lind are best !! I highly recommend NY wood floors. If you are looking to find quality materials at a reasonable price. this is the one. I bought wood floors and tiles and shower doors, doors and fences which are beautiful and very strong. I compared with home depot and other stores before I buy, but always NY wood floor has better price with better quality. Also, the return policy was good, too. I highly recommend it.

Awful experience with New York Wood Floors Inc. I attempted to return extra flooring that was completely unused and in perfect condition. The seller claimed I was returning “trash” and then mockingly said she would accept it for 1 cent. That is not customer service — it’s outright disrespect. Once they have your money, they show zero professionalism or courtesy. For a flooring store where overages are normal, this attitude is unacceptable. There are many better flooring suppliers in NYC. Avoid this place.
