BEWARE of Louis Krokover and Newday Development. I made the unfortunate mistake of hiring him. Krokover talks a big game, but based on my direct experience working with him and in my own personal and subjective opinion, Krokover is HIGHLY UNETHICAL and the sub-contractor he selected did VERY SHODDY WORK. Krokover hired his regular tile and marble sub-contractor to work on my house (Krokover told me he had worked with this sub for many years, and that he was "great"). The sub kept trying to bill me for more than the value of the work that was completed (which is illegal). Krokover took the sub's side and was extremely manipulative.
