Tony and his team were awesome to work with! We needed to rent a BBQ 144 for a huge event. He delivered it and picked it back up, and had great communication throughout the process. It was great working with a professional who understands customer service.

I tried to contact them by phone. I was asked to text. I got no response that was helpful or actually made sense. It felt like I was speaking to a bot that didn’t fully understand English. I was told this is NOT a contractor. Below you will see the complete interaction. I showed them why I was contacting the number and they just ignored my proof. If a company is this unprofessional when trying to contact them, I would never trust them to do actual work.
