Project Manager Adam A (Who was wonderful to work with!) came on Saturday to quote the job for a replacement of roofs on house and storage shed Saturday, February 21, 2026, and due to them having a crew in town the next day with extra crew they started on Sunday Feb. 22! The crew came to remove old roofing but found bad/ weak deck boards, so they spent the rest of the day replacing all of those. On Monday Feb. 23 .they did all of the shingles and ridge rows and completed the roof on the house! On Tuesday Feb. 24, one person came back and finished the roof on the storage shed! Everyone was professional & respectful & polite & worked well and the roofs look wonderful! Needed a new roof, and they came out the next day to give me a quote. I decided to go with them and within 3 business days I had a new roof. They used quality products and installed correctly. Very happy with my new roof. Only 4 stars because I have been having a problem getting them to give me a quote on a front door replacement.

Newhaus did an absolutely professional repair on my tile roof! Supervisor Chris Palyan was very knowledgeable, straight forward, friendly and was willing to work with me. Luis and Edgar were the roofers and were also very professional, friendly and very hard working. They were neat and orderly. My overall experience with Newhaus was all excellent. I should also mention that their quote was much less than other comparable estimates I had done!

Felt a little pressured at first to sign the contract as I was waiting for other bids. The initial bid was way out of line compared to others, but was able to get a fair deal in the end. Was disappointed a little in that I did not really see the project manager around, but in the end, completely new roof with sheathing and gutters on a 120 year old two story hipped roof in between rain storms. The crew was a little messy as the tarps were old and had holes. Still finding debris. They also were not too careful removing the old gutters as the knocked out the power. But it all worked out in the end. Good customer service. First big storm this week, so enjoying the new roof!

Newhaus Roofing did an amazing job, Simon one of the representatives from Newhaus took care of me and made sure to be there for me for through-out all parts of the process. Not only did they do a great job with the replacement of my roof, but they also changed the insulation that was damaged by the water and repaired all of the spots my ceiling had a wet-spot/leak! If I can go back in time and choose someone else to do the work I’d choose them over and over again, very grateful for these guys and their work I highly recommend them for any construction needs you may have.
