Newman Brothers Well Drilling

Our experience could not possibly have been any better with Newman Brothers! Very prompt response to our call regarding getting a well drilled. Bryan and Robbie are masters at what they do! Fascinating process to watch. We will also be using them when it comes time to run to the house and install pump. Very fair, honest and great folks!

They get the job done. I’ve worked with them to have a new well drilled and to diagnose and fix the well at another location. Both times they were fast and efficient. And most importantly, I had water! I would recommend.

If I could leave 0 start I would. DO NOT TRUST. Absolutely terrible. We were quoted and the bill came back 3 times what we were told. We asked for an update on pricing and were told the bill is in the mail. We could not get a price out of them. Just that the bill will be in the mail. Now, we are scrambling to come up with money to finish the other utilities/site work. We cannot get an explanation as to why the wells came back so much higher or why there are two wells that are the same exact thing and one came back 4 grand more. We were vulnerable to get someone to help us and they absolutely took advantage of that. This is our first home and we moved 1,000 miles to get here. A terrible experience, would not recommend.

These guys replaced our well pump and seemed reasonably price a few Months ago. For some reason that remains undiagnosed, we had no water for 4 days. Called them to come take a look and they charged over $350 for a service visit in which they didn't repair anything. I understand labor costs money, but they bill 150/hr and include drive time. They were on site for about 1hr, and charged more than an hour for their drive time. Just be aware before you call them out

Installed a Water Softner system. Fitting leaked. Charged $247.00. 225.00 service charge for a 10 min fix caused by them. Mike gave me $47.00 off. What a guy. Avoid if at all possible.
