Bob Sheets, our new TERMINEX professional was just that! He knocked on our door, introduced himself and told us a little bit about himself. He asked us if we had any concerns. I was concerned about small ants infiltrating the rock wall around my mulch bed. He asked me to show him the problem. After I showed him, he promptly addressed the problem as well as addressing our routine maintenance. After finishing, he informed us that he was finished, gave us his calling card, and told us to call with any questions or concerns. We could not be more pleased with the service we received!
