I used Newstead Homes to build a covered patio after removing my deck. Danny and his team are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Their quality and attention to detail was exceptional. This company really is a one stop shop. They handle everything from permits/inspections to concrete. Danny even pointed out a few issues with my house requiring attention and fixed them along the way. This project transformed my outdoor living space and my only regret is not doing this earlier! I highly recommend Newstead Homes for any home improvement project.

I was looking for a new patio for the football season and they delivered beyond my expectations!! I met with Evan and he walked me through the process and was amazing to work with. Being someone who works in the customer service world, I appreciated Evan as he kept me up to date every step of the way and made sure I liked what they were doing. Evan educated me along the way on what to expect and made sure I was happy with my investment! I can’t say enough great things about the crew as well. They were personable and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time! Thank you for my new patio as it looks amazing and I can’t wait to host parties on it!

We are renovating an 1830's, very large, two story barn on our property. We hired Newstead Homes off a glowing recommendation from a friend - and our expectations have been exceeded! We just had them pour the new concrete floor and it looks amazing. Everyone was so professional, easy to work with, accommodating, and communicated the plan every step of the way. They are very responsive and completed the job timely. We would HIGHLY recommend them - you won't regret it. Newstead Homes did a fantastic job on a major renovation of our home, essentially doubling our square footage. Dan and his Crew were recommended to us for this project by a family member who is in the construction business. Dan and his Crew were professional, responsive and very hard-working. They worked almost every day during the 5 months of demolition and construction to get us into our beautiful new home by Christmas Eve. The experience was overwhelmingly positive and I have no hesitation recommending Dan and Newstead homes to anyone interested in quality construction done on-schedule.
