Hospitalized, returned home to rest and ran out of propane on a Saturday. No 24/7 emergency service provided, no one to talk to, NOCO does not care and will just wash their hands of it. Competitors all do better, probably because they care about their customers

Tim and Scott ran gas lines and installed two fireplaces in my house. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction. The price was very reasonable and fair. He advised of ways to save me money. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had booked an appointment with your company a month ago to come out and make sure before winter, my furnace was working without any issues. I took off of work according to what you had available which was a day and a half from today. I get a phone call from your company, today … stating other emergencies came up and you needed to cancel my appointment for Friday morning. I would have been a new customer with your company and because I am not considered important enough to keep your scheduled appointment, you’ve lost a potential customer.

Technician Alex came out for a pre winter service and left us with some valuable information on our aging furnace. He was very helpful and professional.
