Newtec Windows & Doors

I recently replaced my old living room window with a beautiful new one. I obtained quotes from several companies but was able to secure the replacement at the most reasonable price. For now, it's just the living room window, but I hope to replace all the windows in the house eventually. I would also like to thank the realtor who recommended this company.

BUYER BEWARE. Ordered 16 windows for my property. Some of the windows were crooked. No I'm not talking about the window opening, I'm talking about the window shashes. They were 1/8 of an inch longer on one side than the other. YES THE SHASES WERE NOT SQUARE. See photos attached. They refused to talk to me even though I paid for the windows. When the installer called, the owner tried to convince him to discredit me. When he told them we already measured the windows, the owner told the installer to never let the customer measure the windows. Wow.

I work in the glass business and instilling residential windows is part of the work I do, I use Newtec windows because their quality is great and customer service is amazing, and prices are affordable. Mayra gets my quotes super fast and orders are completed at the time frame I am given or earlier. She's very attentive and resourceful. I 100% recommend their services
