We hired NexGen to clean our home prior to a wedding reception. The crew who came were very friendly, polite, and professional — truly a pleasure to work with. However, while we were expecting a deep cleaning, what we received felt more like a basic surface clean. We were busy preparing for the wedding, so we didn’t monitor the process closely, but after the crew left, I noticed that the floors — which had been swept and mopped — still didn’t look clean. In addition, one guest bathroom was missed completely, and most of the kitchen was overlooked. I truly appreciate the team’s friendliness and professionalism, but unfortunately, the quality of the cleaning fell short of expectations. I’d like to give NexGen a higher rating because of their great attitude, but the results just didn’t meet

I wanted to gift a dear friend in Wellington clean house for when the family arrived home with her new baby. This next gen Was amazing to work with they were very flexible at planning a time at the last minute to accommodate our schedule. Their crew did an amazing job when the family arrived home with a newborn they said their house had never looked or smelled so clean. If you are considering this service, I would say go for it!!!
