Justin and Casey were exceptional in their estimate and were always available via phone or email to answer questions. When their crew showed up to demolition in the old cage and remove the old pavers, they work fast quietly and clean. The Cruz were good at communicating. I have used Next Level for years now, cleaning and sealing my pool area. Weather has sometimes play a role in our scheduling, including a hurricane. But they always get the job done in a timely manner, completing a great job every time. We love their quality of work we even added a driveway extension to our driveway leading into the pool area. We are super happy with the job this driveway was done over three years ago and still is holding up great! We did have to add in gutters on that side of the house to prolong the longevity of the sidewalk. Justin, the owner did tell us prior to doing the sidewalk that he recommended gutters and gave us a contact for that. We hired Justin and Next Level Pavers to remodel our pool and lanai area. He was very responsive to our calls and inquires and showed up immediately to assess the remodel and provide us with a quote. During one of our meetings, we mentioned that we wanted to do some landscaping and he mentioned that he does landscaping too. We had previously contacted several other landscape companies but were not satisfied with their design and their price. Justin took time to understand what we wanted and again offered many great suggestions. He immediately developed a landscape design for us to review. We had some repair work done to driveway pavers that had sunken, pavers repaired and replaced at various locations around our home’s flower beds and sealing of all pavers around our property. The work was done very well and the results are beautiful. They did great work.

We couldn't be happier. Their attention to detail was impressive. Peter & Corey took their time power washing then following up the next day to applied the sealer. They hand rolled around the tiles on the pool and spa. Honesty taking extra time to make sure every surface was completely covered. Technicians that actually takes pride in their workmanship. Peter then explained not to walk on the walkways for 24 hours and 36 hours on the driveway. If your looking to have the driveway and pavers done, look no further.!!!!! Don't waste time shopping.
