NEXT PLUMBING

A friend recommended Next Plumbing to me after she used them for an emergency issue. I called Next Plumbing when I had an emergency of my own. The team was most helpful and accommodating. From the moment the call was answered to the moment Joey walked in the door a few hours later. Joey took care of our issue with great attention to detail. He also recommended the service plan(not in a pushy way) which i signed up for a few days later. I just had my 1/2 year inspection with Joey and again he was very professional and on time. I highly recommend Next plumbing for maintenance and emergency issues.

It started with a 25 y/o Water Heater. Then I spoke with Charlene, she was helpful, kid and spoke intelligently. Then Austin came and he was so kind, so understanding (to our 100 questions) also extremely intelligent in his field. We felt like we were in good hands. The cost was within affordable limits and they were able to make it financially affordable for us. We are so happy that we have found plumbing services we can live with. Thank you, Thank you! Matt Smith is Amazing, I’ve never seen a plumber solve so many issues without needing hours to diagnose. He definitely deserves a raise or big bonus. He’s a true asset to the trade.

We’ve used NEXT Plumbing twice now, most recently to install a toilet, and have been really happy with the service each time. Dan is great—he’s come out on weekends when needed and always goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. He takes the time to explain things clearly and offer helpful advice. We really appreciate his professionalism and have purchased a plan with them, so will definitely be using NEXT Plumbing again in the future.

Contacted Next due to toilet not flushing properly. They sent out Nick who did a phenomenal job. His advice helped me to go with installing a new toilet rather than fix the old. Very pleased with install and the neatness of the caulk job is outstanding. Nick was a pleasure to work with, he also completed the quarterly service and is detailed and thorough. I am very pleased with having a service contract with Next and to be honest, I have been impressed with every plumber they have sent. I will be requesting Nick for future service visits - great job Nick!
