They installed a Navian Tankless hot water heater. Prompt, professional, cleaned up after themselves (which included debris from drilling through the outside wall), showed me how to adjust temperature and turn off gas & unit. Polite and courteous. Office staff prompt, did exactly what they said they'd do, kept me informed. Highly Recommend.

I give them an A for effort. I had my tank water heater replaced with a tankless water heater. After the replacement it would literally take over 5 minutes of running the hot water before it would heat up. They tried everything in their power to get it to work but could not. They did manage to cut the time down a little bit but my water bill is going to be through the roof. I feel as if they went above and beyond to make me happy and I appreciate the effort.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank and recommend Nextgen for their services at our home. First and foremost they replaced our water heater with a tankless. The service was excellent and the product is great asset to our home. We have also used them for various services in our home, gas grill, gas fire pit and plumbing in our outdoor kitchen, not to mention the services for gas heater for our pool.
