We had a toilet leak that caused extensive water damage on the ground floor of our 5 year old home and called NexGen. They came very quickly and put blowers and humidifiers in place to dry everything out as they also began the planning process to replace our flooring, repair drywall, and paint. The people they sent to work in our house were all very courteous, professional, and very considerate. All of the work was completed within a completely reasonable time frame. My family is happier with the appearance of our ground floor after the repairs than we were when the home was originally built. Many thanks to all at NextGen!

This company goes above and beyond in every aspect of roofing needs. Their customer service is the same. I had my roof inspected and replaced quickly and professionally and such a pleasant experience. About 6 months later they came back when I had some major water damage in my ceiling. Thomas coordinated every aspect of the restoration from beginning to end and it took about 14 days. What could have been a logistical nightmare was made easy and professional to a fault. From renovation to restoration they handled the job seamlessly and I wouldn't use anyone else!

Matt was excellent and arrived as promised to inspect and give us the guidance we needed to replace our roof. We looked over all the samples he had and gave us the exact details as what will take place in the next steps installing our roof. The crew was supposed to arrive at 7:30am, but arrived at 7 to get everything situated and move all my belongings from statues, bird baths, walkway lights, etc and covered the whole area with tarps around the house. The crew had the existing roof shingles removed by 11am and the new materials installed by 3pm. Crews put everything back in the same place they were in which was much appreciated. I met with Matt to talk about a roofing issue that I was having from a previous repair and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was honest about his thought on how to remedy the problem and was not trying to sell me on replacing my 14 year old roof. It still has life to it. Beside his knowledge, what stood out about him was he did not discount the previous roofer, he was honest about what he thought might help to remedy the problem, but never discounted the previous guy.
