Fantastic experience with the whole Platinum Door Services team. I called on a Friday afternoon to get an estimate and a technician came out to look at the damaged garage door within the same hour. After giving me a few options to repair the door, I ask him when he might be able to put me on his schedule. His response was "how about right now". David went way beyond silver or gold, this man is Platinum! He turned my old door into a fine tuned piece of art. I would recommend this company to anyone who happens to be in their service area. Our home builder called Platinum regarding our garage door that was stuck open because the wire slipped off the roller. Lloyd came out within an hour and had the whole thing fixed within an hour! He definitely went above and beyond and was overall great to work with. Offered a 90 day free warranty for his work, I could tell he really took pride in his work.
