Nexus Parking Systems

My faith in this parking service has been shattered. For years, I relied on them, but recently, my experience has been an absolute nightmare. I joined their NexPass app to avoid the constant frustration of malfunctioning parking machines. However, on Monday, the app crashed as I approached the QR code scanner. Despite verifying my earlier entry at 4:00 AM, the staff allowed me to exit but then informed me of a crucial detail: "You need to end the app session manually." The problem? There's no such option! Stuck at the side of 295, I called customer service – no answer, just a voicemail prompt. I even emailed the company with a screenshot of my session and a Google Maps location timestamp, but still, I was overcharged. The next day, I called again. I keep running into machines that don't work. This causes delays leaving this building. I'm currently at Trenton train station and there's two cars in front of me while waiting for manual processing of the ticket. Please resolve your machines you have several of them in the same location that simply don't work. It's a simple ask please resolve it

I have been a customer at their Metropark parking facility for the last 10 years. This location is very convenient for an efficient commute to NYC from nearby towns like Edison, Iselin and since it has nearby exits to GSP South, even people in nearby exits like Sayreville prefer this. Would highly recommend this option. I was also very pleased with their commitment to customers, even during these tough Covid times, in particular Ricki Casey, for her excellent Customer relations in terms of prompt detailed responses and quick resolution, at the same time keeping in mind the interests of her organization and management.

I had an issue with the new Nexus app and Ricky (Ricki?) took care of me and got me all sorted out. I was expecting a nightmare where I'd get tossed around between different people with no one who could help me, but Ricky got it all taken care of in under 2 minutes. Thank you!

Got a ticket even though I bought a monthly pass and added car to the app! Absolute garbage!
