NG Solutions Cleaning

This is the second time that we've used NG Solutions Cleaning for our home window cleaning and recommend them highly. All aspects of their service is prompt and professional. Pedro arrived on time, was a nice guy and did a great job. We plan on using NG again in the future.

I used NG Solutions Cleaning to clean the bathrooms in my father’s home and the team was amazing! We had the Pink Team (I unfortunately didn’t get their names). They were fast, they were efficient, and they made everywhere they cleaned look brand new. I wish the price was a bit cheaper since it was only one hour of cleaning but the team doesn't control the price so it’s not their fault 😊

This was my first time using this company. I would never use them again. I paid $375 for the deep move in cleaning. I loved what they had listed on the website for cleaning and disinfecting which is why I paid more to use them. What was promised on the website was not delivered. My bathrooms were not pretreated the soaps um wasn’t even removed from the shower doors. Closets were not cleaned as promised. I had to go back and do it all myself. I had to have them re-vacuum, re-dust etc. For the price I paid I expected superior service and this was far below par. I basically had to redo everything myself. The only thing that was done well was the woman who cleaned out the oven and fridge. She did a great job! The crew also did not speak English so I had no way to communicate with them.

Scam. Their good reviews cannot be real but read the bad ones. This company ripped me off when I used them. They left as soon as I left my house and the house was left uncleaned. They charged my CC and after admitting they had to leave to another clients house,I never got a credit. Mind you, I have bi-weekly house cleaning and she was on vacation so I hired them (my house is very clean). They folded dirty towels, showers uncleaned, and when I posted a bad yelp review they called to threaten me. So I had to call the CC and involved the attorney general and BBB. Staff did not speak English and the “owner” is nasty. Avoid at all costs. Read the bad reviews.

The Pink team is awesome! They are a pleasure to have in the house. So very friendly but yet professional. They work hard and do an amazing job! They clean things I didn’t even know needed cleaning. Love them!
