Cosmin is knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. His crew Juan and others showed early, got the job done, and clean up the area. They did an excellent job with high quality craftsmanship. The material and craftsmanship warranty is very good for the repair. That's why I chose NGI. Incredibly professional company! Cosmin came out to inspect our sewer line to see if it was eligible for a trenchless pipe lining w/ PVC. Turns out, we have a city/county line running through our property that ours dumps into, so we wouldn't be responsible for repairs on the main line. He provided photos and a video of the inspection, so that we could let the county know about some root intrusion. All in all, would highly recommend and use them again!

I called several companies to repair my old sewer pipe that had deteriorated badly over the years. NGI responded very quickly and when Cosmin arrived he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and it was obvious the other firms I had talked to were nowhere near the competency level of these guys. They diagnosed the problem, told me what I needed to repair and importantly what I didn’t need to repair because the pipe was fine. I contracted them immediately and schedule them within in 2 business days. Wow. What a great job. They worked all day, and completed the job in just 1 day! My sewer line has been re-lined. Cosmin & his crew did a wonderful job! Our cast iron pipes were over 50 years old in our home. It took the crew two full days of non stop work. They fixed the problems in the time and cost we were quoted. I highly recommend this company.

We were introduced to NGI due to a sinkhole and the entire team was great to work with. We initially thought additional exploration work would be necessary to find the source of the issue but when the NGI crew located the problem quickly, they revised the quote to be far less than expected. It's hard to find reliable, responsive plumbers that are reasonably priced and we will be contacting NGI for any plumbing needs moving forward!
