On Monday I went to rerun some unused extra items. Did all necessary paper work. Waited for back warehouse but the worker states “I don’t have time” after waiting for over an hour! Made contact with multiple workers including the lady who handles the warehouse papers work in the back and her colleagues in addition to warehouse employees. Everyone lacked care and ignored my concerns. The management’s collective inconsiderance is concerning. I finally get someone’s attention. Sent to front office to be issued credit. Told to wait by front desk. Some one walks in afterwards. They were rushed ahead of me despite the fact that it wasn’t their turn. If dishonesty, disorganization and distortion was a sport’s Olympics, they deserve a gold medal🥇 Unbelievably frustrating experience. Operational
