Well stopped working in Alton, NH. I dropped NH Well a call after hours and Ryan responded right away. We talked through the symptoms and Ryan and team got us back up and running the very next day. When our ancient well failed, we got in touch with NH Well Services (through a referral) in the evening and they were on site the following morning. It turned out that we needed a new pump head in our 360ft-deep well. They had all the parts on the truck, worked all day and got the job done by late afternoon. They carefully explained their work along the way -- both what went wrong and what they were doing to prevent similar problems from occurring in the future. Overall a very good experience. I will be happy to use them in the future (though I do hope it won't be necessary for a long time).
About 8 months ago our well water was giving off a very heavy iron smell, staining our white bedding and leaving an orange stain on almost everything. After changing our filters out I figured the problem would be solved but within 1-2 weeks the heavy iron smell/stains came back... I contacted Ryan at NH Well Services and he not only was prompt in getting back to me but he spend 15 minutes on the phone giving me a step by step process of how he could help. After a water test and a discussion of what our plan would be Ryan installed a new Filtration system that worked INSTANTLY and fixed our problems that were very frustrating. I honestly can't say enough about Ryan and the work he did... he is very knowledgeable and will help guild you every step of the way.. I will be using Ryan and NH Wel
