I was highly disappointed with Niagara Industrial Mechanical. Our company requested a quote for mechanical erection AND concrete work which they stated they could quote. What we received after more than 2 months was a 1 page document showing a way underbid and non-detailed mechanical installation with absolutely no concrete, of which they where asked explicitly to quote. My contact at Niagara knew this from the bid package and upon meeting, but never communicated that he was not going to quote the concrete. If they had let us know this at any point we could've looked elsewhere. This put our company in a bad position when we received their "quote" 5 days before our bid was to be submitted.
