Hello Drivers, first of all it isn't as horrible as it is made out to be for Delivery. Most of these comments are far apart, which indicates that 4 hour deliveries aren't daily. Although I will admit, their check in system is not really a practical. FOR DELIVERY, I recommend to go straight to the back(south) of the building. There will be a yellow rail, pull up next to it and walk in to the small trailer. Follow his instructions from there on.

You can get unloaded in fair amount of time here. Just spoke with one of the guys here at the receiving. Depends of how busy they are. Today, for example, wasn't that bad. My app. time was @10am. I checked in at 8am and was empty @10:17. Can they speed up things a little bit? Probably. like I said, wasn't busy morning. And YES they don't work to hard around here but that's the way it is. So good luck with your next delivery.

Very slow to unload .. when coming here you have to go other side of the building and park your truck by yellow railing then check in into white trailer office then untarp and unstrap .. guy will come and check your bundles and then he ll send you to main office which is the other side of the building but you can go through the bay wear full PPE and then lady will give you sticker and you ll bring back to same guy and then he ll tag each bundle and then send you to unload . Took me more than 4 hours to unload

Pull into the south end of the building either side of the yellow rails Give your papers to the dude there in the trailer office & wait until he takes his sweet time to inspect the load and note your paperwork. Once he hands it back you have to walk inside across the bay check with the rude ol ladies, they’ll give you the tags bring em back the the dude in the trailer office. He’ll put them on and tell when you can proceed to your u loading spot. As far as the Rude A** office personnel too It’s Courtesy & Respectful to greet one another when being greeted. Not look at you like your crazy or with the facial expressions of disgust. Came several times b

We were there to deliver and my husband was asked to put the chains on the bundles so they could unload them, while there was an employee standing right there. I thought it was bologna and said as much that's when the employee agreed and said that their insurance won't allow them to do their job. So, my question is this, if you aren't insured enough for your employees to do the job they're supposed to, and you've asked my husband to do it, is your insurance good enough to cover him if he gets hurt? We've delivered a lot of places over the time we've been with the company and this is the only place that has ever asked my husband to do an employees job! It's completely ridiculous, you all need to straighten out your finances so your actual employees can do their job.
