NICE AND FAST CONSTRUCTION INC.

My neighbor highly recommended Jaime, to put up new siding on my house. He was very prompt to come and suggest the repairs needed. He gave me a reasonable price. He and his workers are very knowledgeable, reliable and did an amazing job. He came back recently to do another job and again I am very pleased with the results and his recommendations on how to fix a problem with very old wooden siding. The name of his company is true ! They did an excellent job “Nice and Fast.” I will definitely have Jaime repair some problems with my skylight in the future.

I hired Jaime of Nice and Fast construction to replace a venting roof skylight and repair a pyramid skylight. I was so pleased with the quality and professional level of work that I had him install gutters around my rear deck as well. I’m adding him to my contact list for reliable and trusted contractors. its a blessing when you find good people who do good work, i found these guys local threw google maps, i called to get an estimate and the next day they came to check out my roof and look at the drain to see if he can replace it. told me in 1 week he will be ready to do the job. guys came early set up and got to work. future work on our other drain when we are ready will done by these guys. the part that was replace had water damage and was in bad shape, the drain is over well over 45 years. as you see if was kind glued to the wall and these guys also cleaned that up and patched it up i am goin to give my whole roof a new coating of aluminum paint so i will update picture later so you can see a clean updated version. also i am writing this review without having put the new drain job thre

Nice & Fast fully remedied part of a past renovation. Jamie is the first roofer to fully educate me about what needed to be done. There was no mansplaining or taking advantage. My house has never looked better and had never been properly cared for before this. I would unequivocally recommend Jamie and his crew. The job went quickly. They were on time every single day and worked hard. They also knew what they were doing, which is a rarity these days. I can’t wait to have Jamie do more work.

Jaime is very honest and straightforward. His pricing is also extremely reasonable. He did the full roof and deck on my house and it turned out beautiful . He went out of his way to go look for the corner planks ,(which was his suggestion) and final result was better than i expected .Will definitely hire him in future . B he also came back to make sure things are good and rechecked his work . Dont see that in any contractor :)
