Brian Nicely is awesome at what he does. Not only did he take time to fit me into a schedule but he took care of the problem completely and did a great job doing it. Also he communicated well. He was going to be 5 minutes late this morning and was kind enough to send me a text letting me know that. He cleaned up after himself and answered all of my questions. He also made sure that I was happy with the quality of the work before he left. I would recommend him highly.

Brian was AWESOME!! He took time out of his schedule to come look at my furnace. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. His inspection was thorough, making sure everything was operating as it should, which gave me piece of mind. I will definitely contact Brian in the future for my HVAC needs.

I'm extremely happy with the system Brian installed in my detached building. Based on his suggestion, I went with a Bosch heat pump unit and duct sox ductwork. The install was clean and efficient with Brian keeping me informed of progress every day. He's great at sharing relevant technical details on the Bosch system and walked me through system operation after the install.
