I needed to book carpet cleaning immediately and Nicholas Carpet Care came through in a big way! We needed the carpets in our vacant condo cleaned for an open house viewing and with very short notice Nicholas Carpet Care was able to make it happen. Gerardo, our technician, was in contact with me throughout the day of servicing and he was able to get rid of a stain we had in one of the rooms. We had Nicholas carpet care out to do a small patch on the carpet and clean the carpets as well. They repair look seamless in a high traffic area and help work within our budget to get as much cleaned as possible.

This was our first time having our carpets professionally cleaned. We have two dogs and usually self-clean the carpets but due to an injury the carpets hadn’t been cleaned in two years and the house started getting a dog smell and it was clearly the carpets. Bryson was amazing and I can’t complement his customer service and professional cleaning job enough. He was friendly, on-time and super efficient. The carpets were mostly dry within 12 hours and completely dry by the next day. And WOW! The carpets looked and smelled nearly brand new. We had our living room and large loft cleaned as well as about 14 step in high traffic areas.
