I heard about Tyler via a neighbor who also had work done on one of their drain pipes. He answered my call immediately and booked an appointment for just a few days later. He arrived at the scheduled time, diagnose the issue and did as much work as possible. Due to the unique complexity of the issue, he recommended another repair service to complete the repair. He went so far as to call them to explain the issue. The work that he did get done was professional efficient, and well executed.

Tyler was able to come same day, n worked Four long hours to resolve our drainage issue. He offered us as msny discounts as possible n the price was reasonable, considering all. Highly recommend them n will use them again !

We had problems with a clogged toilet. Tyler came to the rescue within an hour of my call. He unclogged it quickly. We later decided to replace the toilet and he did that for us as well. He is a joy to work with; very prompt, efficient, and personable. I highly recommend OC Drain Service.

Had Tyler come out to clear a clog in the sewer line, it ended up being a significantly more complex process involving the auger, pulling the toilet, and the hydrojet due to the size of the clog. Tyler was great in providing me w/ lots of options and what he thought was the best to solve the problem. He ended up clearing it out with a combination of the jet and the big auger. I really appreciate how well he hard he works and isn't willing to give up till it is fixed! He was also able to come out within 2hrs of me calling.
