I heard about Nic from several friends of mine who used and appreciated his services. When I called Nic about our water heater replacement he first took his time to ask good questions about my ancient leaking water heater before making a recommendation. He also offered me a better price than I found with Lowe's and by the afternoon of the next day I had a new water heater with a 12 year warranty. What's more, the two techs who came out were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They managed to correct several other plumbing issues I asked them about while they were before they left as well for a very reasonable time and materials rate. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.
