Nicholas was very responsive and persistent in contacting us for the job. I was really in the exploration phase of finding a contractor, but his persistence compelled me. He came with a really good price, so I gave him a chance, although I was really looking to hire for the month after. He removed the old material I had up on the roof, and left it near my trash containers. They are still there because the city won't take construction materials. When his crew completed the roof, it looked really nice. There was water that seeped in through my tenant's ceiling after they were done. I had the ceiling repaired by a different contractor.
