After 3 other locksmiths in the area were unable to fix my issue, one referred me to this company. I think that speaks for itself! Edward went above and beyond to fix my issue and made sure to even clean up after. I am so happy with the result and grateful for this team! My maiden name just so happens to be Nichols so I probably should have called them in the first place, haha!

This place is like living in 1976. There is a post office with very helpful people. And if you need a key that will be guaranteed to work, this is the place. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful. A family run business, I think. I hope Nichols never goes away. The other day I needed a key for my Suzuki DRZ400 motorcycle. They took the time to cross reference and use a Yamaha key. The nice young man told me "If it doesn't work, bring it back and we'll make another". Well, the key worked just fine. If you need a key, lock, or safe in the Yuma area, I would recommend this place for personal customer service and expertise.

Edward's customer service was top notch. I had in mind what was needed to be done, but he made suggestions that save money and made perfect sense. Oscar made it easy to pay since I was not onsite and provided an invoice promptly. Thanks to both of them. Will definitely call on them again when there is a need.

Great service! Walked in 15 mins after they opened and was greeted by the woman who was tidying up. I then explained to the locksmith that I needed my tow hitch lock removed since I lost the key. He grabbed a few tools and kindly followed me out to my vehicle. Within 2 minutes he was done. Price was the best too. Highly recommended 💫💫💫💫💫

Adam was very helpful. Picked up the phone right away, said he might take awhile but was here in less than 10 minutes. Helped us get to our keys in about 10 minutes or so. He was very cheerful & had a great attitude, making us less worried about our situation. Price was very reasonable. We called several locksmiths before calling Nichols & every single one said either they wouldn’t be able to help us until morning or just simply didn’t want to. Highly recommend this business. Very happy with the service.
