Very pleased first time customer. There was quick turnaround from my request and the information I supplied to receiving a quote. The day of installation, the guys were punctual, professional, and required little to no oversight. Will definitely use again for future needs!

Prompt and professional in work but not honest upfront. To repair a breaker which was disclosed at time of scheduling show up with 2 people and CHARGE for the apprentice who came along and charge for travel from the time they leave their shop . Have never heard of such a practise anywhere . DID NOT DISCLOSE either at the time of scheduling . disappointed as had a great experience with them 3 years ago . will not be calling back

They went above and beyond to get my family's power up and running, all while providing outstanding customer service at a price that was more than fair. No show, no call for noon appointment made two week prior. I called at 2pm to find out what happened to which they said they’d find out and call me back. They didn’t call back as of 4:30pm. Heard good things about this company but so far am disappointed, mainly because I need the work done quickly. Update: the electrician was reassigned my job the next morning and got right on it. The boss called the next morning as well to apologize for the mix up. The electrician did all the work prescribed and for one he even went above and beyond to make sure the result of his job made sense rather than just “fix it”. Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. Things happen in offices, so I’ll likely call them again should the need arise.
