Nicole's Roofing and Construction, LLC

Unfortunately the community of Windsor Park in Kaufman, TX had a very misfortunate experience in particular with the owner Annie Payne Epley. Very poor, almost trashy, customer service, she can not answer a phone without implanting an arguement with her clients, and refuses to pay a medical bill for an animal that one of her “best” workers, so she says, decided to shoot from a distance in with a nail gun. As a women that works with people everyday I feel as if clients should never* be treated as Nicole’s Roofing and Construction, LLC has treated us. As Annie would say, “I run a business your even lucky you got through to me.” All in all a very unprofessional, disgusting, and all in all just awful “company”. If your looking to do real business it won’t be with this group of crooks
