Had them install a new bosch water heater for my mom that we had from when my father was still alive and planning on doing it himself(he never hired a contractor for anything hahaha). It was at least a 2 thousand dollar unit brand new in the box, other plumbers didn't want to install a customer supplied unit regardless of that fact but it was no problem for them. They had a guy over to check it out first thing on a Friday to go over everything that would be needed, then they had 2 guys there first thing Monday to get it done. They had it all installed by about 330, then they just had to program it and were on their way.
